DESCRIPTION:Join Certified Mindfulness Teacher Emily-Francesca Bartlett to pause\, rest and reset at the end of the week. \nIn the spacious setting of the Art Shed at Mid Wales Arts Centre\, we’ll explore gentle guided mindfulness practices that help to calm a busy mind\, ease stress and tension\, and restore energy and resilience. A brief introduction to the practices will be provided\, with time for questions and discussions. \nJoin me to discover these ancient yet scientifically validated practices of mindfulness and how to integrate them into daily life.
