Made at Mid Wales Arts

The quality of ceramics now emerging from the kiln at Mid Wales Arts Centre are testament to the dedication of all the artist tutors who have shared their time and hard won knowledge and experience.

We are now able to offer talented potters and sculptors residencies. The opportunity to work without interruption for a length of time has enabled them to push themselves with increasingly challenging projects.

All the resident artists have succeeded in stretching themselves and developing their individual strengths. Their work expresses their personal response to the difficult times we are living through and it is uplifting to see their collective growth. The mutual support they have received has given them a real sense of achievement and given visitors to the centre an opportunity to see exceptional work inspired by the atmosphere and environment of Mid Wales Arts Centre.
