Belly Fit

Ruth Jones is now running sessions at Mid Wales Arts currently on Wednesdays 1-2pm. These sessions include some yoga, aerobic, belly dance and pilates exercises which you can take at your own pace and are great fun. We have a few places left and these sessions are free for the next few weeks, just bring a mat, trainers and comfortable clothing Text 07970671819 if you wish to attend.We plan that these will eventually be 4.30-5.30 on Thursdays.
