We are happy to announce that we will be running art workshops for children this summer.

Ages: 7-12 year olds on

Dates: Mondays and Tuesdays 10-4.30pm

Price: £15 per session

Activities will include:
Cyanotype with Joe Purches July 27th & 28th
Natural Inks workshop with Amanda Thessinger  5th August
Clay with Cathy all dates

Further Details:
Joe Purches will be teaching Cyanotype, a fun way of introducing children to the photographic process and printing, on the mornings of 27th and 28th July. Children will be encouraged to discover suitable natural objects in the landscape.

Making and Drawing with Natural Inks with artist in residence Amanda Thessinger on 5th August (details to follow)

In the afternoons Cathy will encourage children to explore ways of making Clay Sculpture

Children should wear old clothes and bring a packed lunch. There are frequent breaks built into the day.

About our tutors: All our workshops are taught by experienced, qualified teachers with DBS certificates.
