We’re a not-for-profit, voluntary organisation working with artists, young people and the local community to develop access to the arts at all levels in Mid Wales. The centre is run for and by artists, volunteers and good will. Entrance is free. Your donations are used to support our work developing arts awareness and involvement in the local and wider community.

Volunteer With Us

Here at Mid Wales Arts we rely heavily on acts of goodwill and volunteering to keep our organisation running. At present we have about 20 volunteers supporting our gallery, and we are always welcome to more help with tasks such as gallery invigilating, gardening, workshops, admin, and more.

Become a Friend of Mid Wales Arts

We invite you to become a Friend of Mid Wales Arts and help to support our work in developing access to the arts at all levels in Mid Wales whether you live locally or further afield.

As a Friend you will be supporting us in our work presenting ambitious exhibitions, events and workshops, encouraging the arts through education that is inclusive and inspiring.

In return you will receive:

• Regular updates and e-newsletters on forthcoming exhibitions, workshops and events
• Special invitations to private views of gallery exhibition openings.
• Talks on gallery exhibitions
• Exclusive tours
• Drinks receptions
• 5% discount in cafe and gallery shop (on selected items)
• If you wish to become more involved in our work, friends often support the promotion of our activities and there is also the opportunity to volunteer or assist with events
